it's probably for the best.

lately i've needed to make better eating choices anyways.

all i wanted was a nice hamburger meal.

but no.

instead, after a hamburger meal it is visiting me again via up top

at 2:17 am.

{and every hour following until 7 am. blah!}

so long sabbath...i'll be in bed with the aches and quakes.
